How do I submit a question?

I would also like to know how to submit a question. I guess from the text bellow the first episode that one should put the question in the comments list under the first episode. But, it says the same at all episodes, maybe because of technical error. However it is confusing. I watched all series and David answers to questions that I haven’t seen posted anywhere.
