Unbelievable, but my Lifetime Membership was cancelled.
No doubt this was not a deliberate action, but the Ickonic technical team seem to be incapable of resolving issues with the platform. Instead of fixing the problem, I’ve been offered a temporary account that will also expire after a month, with the request to check my account now and again to see if it’s been fixed yet! Unbelievable that I should have to do this, which is irritating and time-wasting, and allows them to simply ignore the problem for as long as possible.
Also, I have reported many many times about the problem of using regular punctuation in the comments. These standard characters are required to write coherently, but are reported as being “Special Characters” and cannot be used. How ridiculous! And how can the problem still be ongoing after so long? It appears the Ickonic team don’t care about it at all. There is no other explanation.
Having working in IT as a Systems Analyst for 35 years, I know how simple it is to resolve such matters, and I find it incredible and unacceptable that such issues go on for so long. This stinks of major incompetence.
