    I used to have quite bad asthma but a forward thinking health professional recommended I took 4000 Iu of vitamin D3 a day and the asthma has now gone along with the frequent bouts of cystitis. I also take vitamin K2 and Magnesium along with the vitamin D3 as the vitamin K2 helps the Calcium to be taken into the cells and the Magnesium is important in bone health. I can’t help thinking why isn’t this being promoted more by health professionals?
