    Still not resolved, I have just about given up, it shouldn’t be this difficult to subscribe to a platform, I have done as much as I can do in reporting my issues to the platform via numerous emails to ickonic customer and technical support, ickonic X and on the ickonic forum.

    I will have to do without a subscription it seems, unfortunately
