    Hi Everyone,

    Talking about twisted pharma there is info out there that the food pyramid is upside down, on purpose.

    We should be eating a lot more animal protein.   Watching many videos on you tube pertaining to the carnivore diet.   Quick and lasting miracle cures all over the place.

    It seems that plants don’t want to be eaten and make oxalates among other chemicals to put all of us off eating them….especially their seeds.   They want those seeds planted not chewed up.   So plants are basically giving our bodies a very hard time of it, especially the dark green ones.   Whereas the animal protein is completely acceptable for our bodies.   When one considers the brain is a lot of fat…and that would be animal fat….certainly not plant fat……

    Doctors are among the many who are trying it because their patients are healing themselves.

    So far, quite a few of my health issues have gone.   I hate having to eat meat, love eating plants but oh dear, am feeling so much better on real animal protein.   This subject is worth looking into.
