The way I try to do it, is by observing my avatar and especially my mind. That way I more and more identify with being conscious and aware and nothing else. This matrix can not trap no-thing, just what is from within this matrix can be trapped here.

I practice being NEO (None Emotional Observer) of my avatar and the mind. The more I manage to do that, the more I can see all the pre programming my avatar have. So when my avatar feel something, like anger, sorrow, sadness, joy, excitement, etc. I observe it, acknowledge it, but try not to let it consume me. Hopefully I’m a lousy loosh producer now, and that have not allways been the case.  I have also worked on achieving lucidity in dreams and more and more often now, I have lucid dreams. That has helped me to not identifying with my avatar so much. When I meditate, I work on my sovereignty and I never do guided meditations. That is my preparation to exit this matrix when my avatar expires.

Very true Maria and I think your feeling is correct. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only be transformed from one form to another. This principle is known as the law of conservation of energy. So there should be no need for any killing fields in prime reality. As you say, it is not natural.  The Cathars and also a lot of what gnostics said, makes sense to me. The information they had was very dangerous to the forces that wanted to keep this fake reality running and so they where hunted down and brutally killed. But now on the verge of another reset of this matrix, the information is resurfacing and gives us an opportunity to find our way back to prime reality, where the lion will lie down with the lamb.

Interesting thoughts Maria. I have also always had problems with that “merge with source theory”, it scares me and reminds me of what the cult wants for us with the hive mind through the pushing of AI, the predictive programming in movies etc. and all those jabs they have tricked people to take and forced into lots of animals. The key word for me is sovereign and also I sense divine sparks in animals as well. Our avatars is just that, avatars and just a vehicle for this realm.  But to navigate this realm one needs an avatar and in order for the avatar to keep on existing, that avatar need to kill and eat another avatar. That is default loosh production, so that this realm is a bad copy, that’s for sure. There is reminisce of greatness in nature, but that is just if seen from a distance. Going into nature, the killing fields become very obvious.

I think that is what differentiate prime reality with this bad copy, the need to kill and eat to keep on existing, there should be no need for that in prime reality.

So true Trish, renegades and mavericks does not follow the herd psychology, which “they” really understand to exploit. We saw how they have great knowledge about human psyche after 2020. But mavericks they can’t controll when it comes to the human psyche. There are some interesting youtube videos on how many people conform to group think and pressure, like the Asch experiment.  😀

Yeah scpherbs. That’s how they do it, first a lot of truth, but for how long? That is why it’s so important to question everything and everyone always. Look at Alex Jones, he told a lot of truth for many years. He, Jesse Ventura and Rima Laibow helped me wake up to the medical genocide many years ago. But we always need to use our discernment when listen to such people. Never have any gurus we follow blindly.

Spot on derekhickey53. The fact that your comment was taken down on YT, confirm in my view that you’re on target. The sad thing is that so few dig deeper into the “fake shooting” of Charlie Kirk and ask Cui Bono. Ickonic tells us to question everything, but I’m disapointed they do not follow their own advice in the case of Charlie Kirk. If one does dig a bit deeper, there is more than one Charlie and more than one Erika, well for everyone with eyes to see that is.

I’m probably in deep water now, but I’ll give it a go. This is just how I see it. This earth/realm is a simulation, like a video game/VR game. So my body is the computer and my brain/mind is the CPU, but someone is playing the game, give the orders through the signals that the CPU is decoding and interpreting and then transform them into understandable messages on the screen and that is the consciousness, aka me/ the eternal spirit. 

Will people function without being especially conscious , yeah probably, that is what is known in computer games as NPC’s. The NPC’s just follow their programming without discernment.

Most half awake people can now see what the state of Israel is, so in order to get also those people to believe in the e.g. Charlie Kirk was “murdered on stage” false flag operation, they need people like Candace Owens.

Something mention in the books is that we are creators and can create in the astral. So to create a space for ourself there in forehand (before exiting the meat suit), is probably important. What I don’t want is to be confused when arriving in the astral, so a calm place to gain clarity is what I envision and then have a clear intent of what to do to exit. What I think so far, is that we are creators and as such we need to find our own truth. We can in forehand create a space for us in the astral, to gain clearity after exiting the meat suit and we can create holes in the grid that leads home. How do we prepare and create? I so far think meditation is the key. But even lucid dreaming and OBE-practice will be usefull tools, as well as mentally identify with our true self, our spirit and not so much our avatar and our current life as a human. Just my point of view so far ofcourse. But we are creators of that I’m sure and I strongly believe that we can create our own way back home to prime reality, where the lion actually will lie down with the lamb. 😀

Just want to thank both of you for making this thread so interesting. I will have to read this thread even more times. It’s just what I and hopefully others was looking for. Different views on how to best prepare to exit the matrix. What I do not want is an echo chamber, because if I’m to learn I need resistance forcing me to ponder and dig deeper establishing strong connection with my true self.
