Account subscription

My subscription expired when it should have renewed itself, I have contacted support 4 times now regarding this but with no success. I want to renew my subscription, I have checked everything, payment details are current, everything that I can input myself is correct yet every time I click to restart subscription it flags up ‘unsupported state’. Does anyone have an idea because as much as I try to part with my money for Ickonic’s platform, nobody seems to be interested in dealing with my issue.

My account settings continue to show ‘incomplete expired’ on the ‘Game changer’ option but to make it even more weird, I can still actually view the platform on my IOS app but not on Firestick/FireTV.

Hey r.m_builds! I know this is probably really annoying, but could you try restarting your subscription one more time? I’d like to take a look at the server logs if an error occurs and fix the codebase if you run into a brick wall again. The site should handle creating a new subscription for accounts that have an existing, but expired, sub. Even if that doesn’t work I’ll make sure we get you up and running again tomorrow when the team gets in the office (I’m in the U.S.), but I’d like to see the issue in my logs because by all accounts the site should be letting you through.

Very sorry for the headache, we’re obviously not all the way out of the woods with our new subscription system’s teething issues!

Still not resolved, I have just about given up, it shouldn’t be this difficult to subscribe to a platform, I have done as much as I can do in reporting my issues to the platform via numerous emails to ickonic customer and technical support, ickonic X and on the ickonic forum.

I will have to do without a subscription it seems, unfortunately

Hey r.m_builds! Just checking on your subscription and everything looks good on our end, please let me know if you still can’t access the content for any reason. Also, we did have a critical issue with our support email form that was fixed a few days ago as well, which is likely why your previous emails didn’t get to us, but any future inquiries you may have should get to us properly.
