Out of Body Experiences

Hi Everyone! I’m currently doing lots of breath work, meditation, spiritual work as I feel we are at a critical time where a strong connection to source is going to be very important as the 3d world becomes more and more chaotic. Does anyone have any tips on inducing out of body states and other mystical experiences? Basically, I’m trying to reactivate my pineal gland to begin producing natural DMT again. I would like to do this without taking any plant medicine as I think we can all do this without any external substances. Thanks!

I have! I think I just need more practice. I feel like I get too excited as I start to leave and it snaps me back into my body. I also use Darius Wright’s Ayda method which is basically consciously inducing a state of sleep paralysis and then rolling out. Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations and breath work are also helpful. I’ve also been using brain entrainment frequencies, but I do want to do this as naturally as possible

I practiced achieving OBE’s in the mid eighties, but never succeeded. My reason was fear, every time I was close, I could not get rid of the fear of not returning. Back then I had many people I cared about and that was maybe the reason. Maybe I should try again today, because today nothing should hold me emotionally back. 

But as I have mentioned in another thread here on the forum. I have had some limited success with lucid dreaming and I feel those two topics are a bit similar. Maybe I am wrong, because I never achieved OBE’s, so I am just speculating on that.

hm – maybe NDE or OBE and even Dreaming – is only the one and only decoding process – created by the matrix for conciousness – to make conciousness – perceive – in Astral 4D – things in another way – thereby creating Hope – also maybe fear – but maybe only another Realm to discover – which is another fake realm of the Matrix – from my downloads – would state this ….

its always – whereever in what realm you go and discocer – its a fake perception – a projection of a fake reality – to give you in the same matrix – in different dimensions or realms – 
a much more greater explanation, what might be possible – but never will be – its projection anyway – no matter what realm of the Matrix Thing ….

its another layer of a wrong search – in the wrong place – for the wrong theme – only illusion – missleading 😉 – Maybe – but – 4sure not only Maybe – only Sure about that 😉
but okay – its only from my point of download views exploring this fake world – in different perceptions – of this different fake realities 😉

at the End of this process – like at about each and every process – you might end up at the fake gods – Goats – that have no Milk (they try to loosh you by each process in the matrix)  its a perception trap – you feeling better in this or that fake process – by fake perception and getting looshed all the way long …. no matter which certain pattern – NDE, OBE, Prayer, Meditation, Religion, New Age, Prayers – at the end you are always looshed and ending at the Goats – no matter what you think – its AI Hive Mind –

leads to from the left hand of the matrix – to the right hand of the matrix – than to exit in Astral 4D – from there via mind wipe you and your conciousness – goes back kind of 4ever – 
if you not check this – and be recycled – yammy – more loosh to come – while conciousness sleeps and thinks – via Hive Mind – doing the right – in an Illusion Thing ….

Hi Sarina- I follow Darius Wright and have practiced his Ayda method for leaving the body. In my opinion, he is genuine and offers lots of truth and insights about the simulation. His methods for exploring the reality outside of our body work and you can gain extremely valuable and interesting information outside of the body and accessing the different realms. However, I believe these 12 (or 13) realms are all within this Matrix system. My one issue with Darius is he does not make this clear or is not aware of this. He speaks as though these realms are true when, in my opinion, they are not. Yes, they are far more interesting and I suppose closer to truth than anything you get in this 3D 5-sense world, but it is all still within the Matrix. I think his work can be very helpful (it was for me), BUT you need to be aware that he is operating fully within the Matrix system. Personally, I don’t think he is knowingly deceiving people, but knowingly or unknowingly, I do think if you aren’t aware that what he is teaching is still within the Matrix it can be dangerous. If you are aware that what he teaches is Matrix based I think it can be beneficial and is certainly very fun and interesting to explore!

@christian – I think this is well told – he mixes Matrix and Conciousness Realms Beyond ….
but let me have some more thoughts on him … and those like him ….
but first a question
@sarina – whats so really special about him? from my perspective – he speaks – like many others – partially truth and partially he is compressed by the matrix – believing, he is not …

when I hear someone talk about feeling eternal love – than I know, this is of the matrix – because Love is of the matrix – even every different kind of feeling love, one is kind of eternal – not only to your lover or your child – given to anyone – but this is also felt in the matrix – you can connect via intention to outside the matrix – but while doing this – and having this journeys,
you and your different feelings etc are only different experiences of the matrix – not from beyond – because you can in here only experience or perceive different realms of the matrix.

but beyond the matrix – there are not such things – there is no love – there is only full potential – because there are all possibilities and probabilities of thoughts possibel – 
so there is nothing there thats is not okay – no need for love or hate – because nothings missing – you are ONE – even nothing to do – everything possible thought ….

his words sound very good – very nice – very full of love – and thats what esoteric always does – for me this is one kind of new age thinking – and you can be trapped there very
easily by good thoughts and sweet words – and from my perspective on – he does in himself trapped by this – nothing more – maybe its kind of a slight self aggrandizement or something …

but please tell me, what would be so very special about him – from your perspective on … would be interested to know, what it is, that makes you think – he might be different – to others – 
maybe his charisma or so – but most people with charisma use it for deception – maybe they do not know it – but they do it – because they can – and because its easy for them to do so –
with no bad intention – but that doesnt make it better for you – sweet seductive words – kind of hope – but hope is a program of the matrix, to keep you on your tracks within – no deeper meaning – even if it does sound alike – my point of view on him …

and at last – someone who sounds like a messiah – or a saviour – he is not – the only saviour are youself – nothing in the outside – only inside YOU
