Hello, I have noticed quite a few functional bug in the performance of the web platform and especially the mobile application .
1. Notifications on the website are often late , or frozen on a earlier notification even if new material has been aired.
2. Several shows consistently do not show episodes as aired and available for hours (sometimes even a whole day) after they were scheduled. While it is plausible that now and then the staff are simply late with uploading it seem unlikely that it happened almost every day.
3.This is not technical a functional bug but a feature missing for the quality use of the site. There are no functional notifications
(“Todays episode of … will not be aired” or “the regular air time of … has been changed to..” or informing the viewers when a series has ended, ect…).
These notifications are not really essential for the basic functionality of the platform , however not having them makes using the website and following the shows on there more challenging.
These 3 issues are what I will leave here for now in the hope of other users sharing their experience and the developers having the user info they need to continue their work.
