I had turned off auto renewal but have since changed my mind. However, there’s no option to resume auto renewal.
@thiesen.marcusHello! I’m extremely sorry for this. It’s been a pain point for quite some time that users don’t have the ability to resume their subscription before their cancel date if they do initiate a cancel request. However, we’re planning on deploying a major subscription system rework tomorrow (probably evening for UK members because I’m in the US) that should remedy this and allow you to effortlessly resume your membership. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi Josh, just reading your message after logging in just now I’m and having major issues…
Bell icon with recent episodes has now disapeared so no way to see whats been released… And a NEW button SUBSCRIBE has appeared.
If I try to PLAY any episodes it tells me I need to subscribe! SO I can’t watch anything at all!
Every year I pay my subscription – then CANCEL the auto renew so I get to decide in 12 months if I pay for another year. But whatever has just been changed seems to of messed up the fact my subscription doesn’t end until end of August 2026
Please Help!

@Roj I’ll take a look at your info as soon as I can. Safe to say that if you’re having these issues then others are as well, so I’ll keep you updated in the next few hours on what’s going on

I am Lifetime Member and could not watch any video at Ickonic, as there was stated, that I have to chosse a pay plan …. maybe an update has deleted my lifetime membership dont know,
will not be a problem for me alone – I think this will be a problem for any lifetime member etc …
maybe you can find the problem and fix it …. maybe – communication with LifetimeMembersupport – and normal support as well – as I wrote an email there …. thank you for help!
@Miss Saigon Apologies for all of this, check your account now, you should have the Lifetime Membership flag enabled again.
I am having the same problem as Miss Saigon. I am a lifetime member and my bell symbol is missing and cannot watch anything even though I was on and watching less than an hour ago.
@ohwell1964 I just deployed some tweaks to the site that should fix this issue for you. Apologies again for the teething issues. This was quite a large amount of tech that was replaced and we’re definitely seeing some fallout because of it, but we’re working through everything as fast as possible.

Hello @cwallmark, we’ve had some troubles with older subscriptions not making it through the cancelation process. I’ve deployed some changes to the code today, could you log in and visit https://ickonic.com/Account and try to cancel the subscription once more? Let me know of course if you have trouble still and I’ll do it manually. Thank you!
While my subscription did change back to auto renew, it charged me again even though my current subscription is still valid. The renewal charge should only have happened in February 2026. Please credit me back my money for the second charge and set the renewal date to the proper date of February 22, 2026.
