I made a payment – confirmed it through the banking app on my phone – all seemed to go through, but it was flagged up as “incomplete” in my account here. Therefore, with no other remedy from within my account, I cancelled the subscription hoping that it would then let me make the payment again. Now the payment is £7.99 instead of £1.99. Is there a contact form where I can get some assistance getting a new subscription? Mark
Hello! Apologies for this. I need to work out a better way to handle certain verification challenges that often fail on our end from certain banks. I’ve updated your subscription though, and you should be good to stream now. Thank you for letting us know
Also, I forgot to mention, by default I set the subscription to end automatically, but if you want the auto-renew to go through just visit your account screen after logging in and click “Resume Membership”. Have a good one!

I have the same issue as the other guys, subscribed for £1.99, watched 2 videos, but wouldn’t allow me to watch a third, it’s telling me to renew my subscription, as I’m only 3 hours into a month-long subscription I would appreciate your assistance with this.
