Subscription problems

I made a payment – all seemed to go through, but it was flagged up as “incomplete” in my account here. I don’t want to have to cancel as I understand from another user that if i do the payment is £7.99 instead of £1.99.  I have filled in the contact form and have not had a reply, can I get some assistance getting a new subscription?

We need to improve our confirmation flow to fix the issue that some of our users are having where the payment isn’t able to complete as you’ve described. But, for now, I’ve allowed that first month to go through, and you should have access to the site as expected. Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

hi, i have been trying to resub. since you put trending behind the sub. not happy about that as i am on a low income. the re sub takes me in circles of 2 pages, my account and the sub page. can you help me get my sub back please 🙂

Hey Oliver! There is an unfortunate shortcoming with our subscription payment capture routine that we’re planning on fixing extremely soon (hopefully this coming week) that affects a subset of our users. Trending, however, should be watchable even without an active sub, although I did tweak the logic recently that tries to intelligently determine who is entitled to watch content, and it’s more than possible that I broke something. I’ll take a look at that this week as well, but in the meantime you should be able to log out and view Trending in free mode just fine.

Hi there,

I live in Canada and my TV app has not been working for months.  We have tried to solve the issues with firestick (my husband good with tech), it will not reconnect with the firestick code.  Not sure what happened that it needed us to do this process.  Now my app on my phone won’t load as well.  Help lol, I really can’t live without this platform.  Thank you in advance.  Cindy

Hey Cindy! We have had to rework much of our back-end systems which unfortunately broke our Android TV and Firestick apps. We just launched a new version of our Roku app that works with our new systems, and we plan to released new versions of both Android TV and Firestick before the end of Q2 this year. Also, our iOS and Android apps were recently updated to support the new back-end systems as well, so you might want to just check the app store to make sure you’re on the latest version and try logging in once you’ve confirmed that.
