 I know you’re doing some live events in December but think it’d be cool if we could organise some social events to give members a chance to meet up and make new friends and connections.

Hello John we are planned to go to Liverpool ourselves.I was thinking exactly the same thing . We as members meeting up before the event or after the event .maybe something as simple as lunch at a weatherspoons in the town centre. Obviously the Ickonic team are busy sorting out the event so we as members can arrange it . Anyone at all is up for it No problem from our side.

It sounds like you’re gonna have a great time in Liverpool, if I could be there I would but unfortunately I have child care commitments that take priority on that date.  If we can all arrange something on another date I’ll do my best to be there.  It’s difficult for me as my ex-wife works a four on four off shift pattern and I have kids when she is working.

Hello to everyone, yes, very good idea to start this forum. Times are getting harder and most people more and more strange…so I m glad to have the opportunity to share thoughts, information and ideas here. I m making my experience on this planet as a woman in Germany, lived my whole live as a freedom-loving outsider (more or less), no tv, no smartphone, no social media… I m looking forward to meet some interesting people and have good conversations – in English or in German, both is possible for me. And perhaps I also find some like-minded people to meet here in Germany. Is’ ja doch was anderes von Angesicht zu Angesicht 😉 und wer weiß, was noch alles kommt, vielleicht werden wir uns sehr dringend brauchen…Greetings from Germany!!

Hello everybody, I’ve been commenting on ickonic for a while about a forum, so am delighted it happened all of a sudden. I’m in my mid 40’s and never used social media in my life!! So here we go!!

Thanks Jaymie for all your hard work. This is my first visit to the Forum and I look forward to spending a bit more time here. But honestly, so much amazing content on your platform I am struggling to get to everything! Just signed my mother up as a member so between the two of us we can cover more of the content! I have been a member for quite a few years now and Ickonic has been the only thing thats kept me sane.  It has been the words of wisdom coming from you, Gareth, Richard and David through all those hideous covid years and all the craziness since then that has given me light in the darkness. Although born in England, most of my life I have lived in New Zealand. Yes: where all the sheeple live! I have just read your recent article and thanks for sharing, I am glad you are feeling much better. Sometimes I avoid the news when it all gets a bit much but I guess you dont have that luxury when you are needing to report on it. Thank you for keeping us informed. I agree with you that there is much to be grateful for and thank you for reminding us of that too.

Greetings Immymaiparker. As a fellow born and raised Brit but now in NZ most of my life it’s nice to know I’m not the only Ickonic viewer in NZ. I sure do hope the UK can resist this digital ID because if they don’t,  I won’t have much optimism when they try and roll it out here…. As you say, “sheeple” 🫤
